The struggle of mental health | Playlist |

I am not sure about anything but amazed by everything. I struggle with erratic moods. I don't know if it is a disorder, a gift, or a little bit of both, but I am going to try to embrace them, let myself feel them, and hopefully come out wiser on the other side.

  1. Thanks, that’s a great resource! Here is another TED talk specifically on bipolar:
Your name caught my eye- somewhere online- bc I am a “bipolar Scorpio” too. To me that means being very, very Scorpio, or just a little extra sparkle on the mania.
I also wanted to tell you that as a psychologist I really appreciate your careful and accurate descriptions of bipolar disorder. Addressing stigma becomes harder in the context of the misinformation and naive explanations that I see so often online. Hopefully, what you write and your links inform other’s understanding in ever-widening circles of communication. The ripple thing… Anyway, thanks for being clear and correct.

    1. Thank you for your feedback. I would also like to apologize for my late response. I have been struggling over the past, well, many months I suppose. I’m just recovering now and need to get back to living. Thank you for letting me know I am not spreading misinformation because I know that there is already enough of that. I will check out the link for certain. I hope that you are doing well, as you mentioned, the bipolar Scorpio thing make us extra special on the mood spectrum! Lol Thank you again!
